Queen are one of the best loved rock bands in the world, formed in 1971 by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon. Their official international fan club is in the Guinness Book of Records as the longest-running fan club for a music artist.
Members of the fan club receive at least two issues per year of the A5-sized magazine. When the previous designer retired in 2015 cforce took over the design and artwork of the magazine, as our director, Tennant, has been a life-long supporter of the band.
The magazine features news about the band and the individual members as well as exclusive articles relating to the band’s past and present activities. Each issue also includes a letter written by either Brian May or Roger Taylor just for the magazine.
We kept the same fundamental design of the magazine, but updated it with a more professional and modern layout. The finished artwork is printed and sent to thousands of members worldwide and the digital version is made available through the Queen fan club website.
